Concepts are taught through a multi-sensory approach . . . we have videos, handouts, integration activities, coaching calls and a supportive, private facebook community. All of that is at your disposal once enrolled in our six (6) month immersive experience
Your Instructor
Ronnie T. Davis is the co-founder of the Leadership Resource Academy. With the desire to help people reach their potential and vision, Ronnie has taken herself from educator to certified coach and trainer. With twenty years of motivating individuals to plan, achieve and succeed, Ronnie works with individuals, groups and businesses providing personalized coaching and training.
With 20 years as a trained group facilitator, trainer, mentor and coach, Ronnie works with a variety of assessments and profile development tools to create personalized interactive workshops for businesses and groups. Communication, team-building, time management, and effective management techniques are prepared and tailored specifically for each workshop or client. Ronnie has worked with various agencies for creating and implementing strategic plans.
Ronnie holds a B.S. degree in Elementary Education and Masters Degree in Education, as well as a Certification in Administration from Towson University. She is a certified Personal Life Coach, Social + Emotional Intelligence Coach and Career/Business Coach, a DiSC specialist and has a certificate in Applied Positive Psychology.
Ronnie is a wife, mother and Nana. She lives with her husband and her multi-poo Brooklyn in Maryland. She loves to cook, read and spend time with her family and friends.
